SMARTtrack is a global communications platform which allows us to instantly send an SMS message, email or send a push alert from our office straight to your mobile phone. Using our direct international newsfeed from Risk Line, any bookings made through us; either through our consultants or through our SMARTbooker tools; are automatically assessed against any potential danger nearby which could impact the health and safety of our travellers. We’ll send details of the potential risk, advice, an emergency number to call should you need alternative travel arranged; and then using a two-way communications system, we’ll wait for you reply.
Using our SMARTtrack platform, Business Travel Direct now offers a number of services, entirely free of charge to our clients:
