Duty of Care – Hurricane Season Case Study

Historically, the weather in the Caribbean around the months of August/September is unpredictable and turbulent, so we always consider the potential risk our travellers could face during this time. Irma and Maria escalated really quickly and it was imperative we got everyone out safely, despite there being a number of logistical difficulties to overcome. 

With over 45 travellers stranded in the Caribbean, our teams worked around the clock to deliver a seamless and efficient duty of care service that ultimately led to the safe evacuation of everyone who needed it.
