The last 12 months have been focused largely on technology innovation, as we’ve rolled out a number of new services including our Predictive Analytics MI software, Concur Compleat and our new SMARTportal, enabling smaller organisations to have a personalised and controlled travel programme contained within a single-sign-in portal.
Achieving a place in the ‘Top 20 TMCs’ is just one of a number of industry accolades we’ve been honoured with this year, having just won ‘Best TMC 2018’ in our category back in January. More recently, last week we picked up ‘Best Sales/Business Development Team of the Year’ and ‘Best Reservations Team Finalists’ at the Business Travel People’s Awards – which you can read about here.
