Our preferred partnership with them has allowed us to fully integrate with their innovative technology, having access to the best tools in the business travel market and offering our clients world-wide support.
Our strategic decision to align with Concur was not just based on a shared vision, but on innovation and an aspiration of what we wanted to offer. The demographics and demands of corporate travel are evolving, with more emphasis on mobile and open bookings than ever before. Consequently we believe that our partnership with Concur will facilitate areas of travel and expense that our competitors simply do not have the technology for. Concur’s TripLink allows us to capture data booked outside the traditional channels, and thus provide detailed management information for our clients, alongside real-time master itineraries – regardless of whether it was booked through us. We can also track and communicate with our travellers using Concur’s TMC messenger, continuously providing risk-assessment for anyone making a booking through us. This technology is critical for our service offering; Concur helps us deliver our vision to be more than just travel managers – we want to manage the traveller experience and ensure our clients receive as much choice as possible with their travel solutions.
